At Fluidforce we want you to be entirely satisfied with the products and services you get from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with any product or service you receive from Fluidforce we would appreciate you doing the following:
Within 7 days of receiving products let us know via e mail what you are not happy about. – sales@fluidforce.co.uk
We will then endeavour to reply within 24 hours to sort the problem out to your satisfaction.
If you wish to return products to us then you must first e mail to let us know.
Providing goods are returned undamaged and unopened we will happily refund or exchange. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for the return of goods that they are unsatisfied with. Appropriate care should be taken to ensure that goods arrive with us in a suitable condition.
Refunds, should they be required, will be sent via paypal, upon receipt of goods returned in a suitable condition.
